255 is a good upgrade

you can fit a 305 with an aftermarket wheel without any modifications. If you're using the stock wheels I would stick with a 245 or 255.

Both Jason and 72 are correct. Look at one on a lift and you'll see real quick.
Not much room unless you do some serious mods.

Are you having problems hooking up? Try some Nitto Drag radial or Mickey Thompsons. Both manufac. have sizes that fit and dramatically enhance 60 ft times.

Yes, 255/50/16 will fit the rear wheels. I wouldn't reccomend 255's on the front obviously.

Hmmm didn't know that. When my dad had his GNX I knew they didn't make the 16's anymore. Interesting though.
