Purdue Grand Prix Car Show 4/21/07

[72firebird]

For those of you in the Illinois/Indiana area I'm running a car show for our club called Purdue Automotive Performance Association. It's a nice show with a variety of cars. We piggyback off the main event for the school year, the Purdue Grand Prix event which is a go-kart race featuring karts from dorms, clubs, fraternities, and just groups of people working together. If anyone is interested in coming I can get garage space for your vehicle if needed and there's lots of places to stay (there's a lot of nice motels in the area, or if you want I have several friends with apartments who would be willing to let people stay with them). Here's some more information on the show: http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~papa/index.php?page=gp

Also if you're interested in just coming out for the event I need some judges for the show so if you would like to participate with that I'd appreciate it.

ummm well the partys start Monday the week before, most classes are cancelled for the week, and they have breakfast club (a famous Purdue tradition) at 6 or 7 am Saturday morning where you get a costume and go to the bars and there's a lot of drink specials and then you're really drunk in time for the event. Unfortunatly I'm not 21 so I can't go to that, but there's plenty of parties for those who are interested. And you won't look like an old man anywhere either because lots of alumni come back just for this weekend, and it brings in people from all over the area.
