Picture of totally stock intake on the car.....

I am looking for a pic of an intake still on the car, of a completly stock TTA. I don't know if you guys remember, I had my car detailed and the chemicals that the guy used turned my intake white. He is claiming that it was like that before I went there and I am about ready to start cracking some skulls! If someone has a pic of one, that would be great if they could send it to me.

Man I would be PIST!!!!!! that is why I don't let know one touch her. I had a friend that did the same thing and water got inside the engine. My friend got arrested because he really lost it and when after the guy, true story. Well good luck. I have seen them in white, but I don't know if that is stock or after market. Good luck buddy

Well, it is not really white....well, it kinda is: it is white in color, but not uniformly. It has drip marks from the chemicals and I have managed to get most of them equal to the surrounding "whiteness". It makes me even more mad knowing that this guy is out to screw me, a good, hard-working military guy. It is not as if I am asking for cash right now, you know. I am just asking him to pay for the damages he caused while detailing my car. The fact that he even backed out of his original statement of, "Well, I'll pay for it, but I don't have the money right now. Maybe we could work out a payment plan, say, 50 bucks a month. What do I look like, a freakin' bank!?! I don't have the money to pay for it upfront.

Well, all this ranting is not going to get me anywhere.......might have to just chalk this up to experience.
