Now This Is The Way A Cruise-In Should Be

The fourth Saturday of every month here in Jacksonville Florida they are having a Cruise-In on historic main street for about 11 or 12 blocks long.

They even let you do BURN OUTS right on the street. I heard last month about 500 cars showed up.

Vendors are there as well as a Live Band. They started doing this cruise-in last June.

Very cool stuff! You have got to see Woodward Ave. in Detroit. The Woodward Dream Cruise is next weekend, but it's been crankin already. Getrs earlier and erlier every year. I didn't see any videos that stood out on you tube, but it's agreat time for sure.

So, it is just north of the downtown, where the tall buildings are.


Hwy 17, which is main street in the Springfield Section of town.

Go south Robert on I-75 to I-10 toward Jax and take the I-295 north and get off the hwy 17, main steet exit, it is just past the I-95 exit.

Go south on mainstreet, it is a few miles down there. I think they are having this from 1st street to about 12th street.

Reminds me of the first few Syracuse Nationals that I went to. The burn outs are a thing of the past now though.

I agree, I can't see burning off my TTA rear tires for this. The tire stores love these people though!
