No Start - No Fuel Pressure - Missing Fuse?

Hello All,

Sadly my car has been sitting for 4+ years. I am now in the process of cleaning it up and getting it back on the road.

The car cranks but has no fuel pressure in the fuel rail. Does anybody know where the fuel pump relay is located and what other things I might want to check?

Also....there were some fuses removed (not sure why, lol) and there is a 7.5A fuse marked with a white sticker just above the two 10A fuses for INJ, but nothing seems to fit in there. Is this a blank opening or am I missing something?

Well I looked around the fuse block more and discovered I am missing something on the bottom right hand-side marked IGN. Does anybody have a picture of a fuse block with all the fuses in it? I think this is one of those metal encased deals.

maybe some fuses have been removed bc your antenna is broken?? the fuel pump fuse is marked FP, if you don't have the fuse in there, you'll get no fuel pressure, that is all I know man maybe others on this site can help.
