Hi all,
Check out the new issue (September '01) of GM High-Tech Performance magazine! A nice article on a turbo V-6 in a 1993 Formula! Goes 10.2 in the quarter! I hope we see more articles like this one!! I may just drop one into my 1981 Turbo Trans Am!

Maybe someone back east has seen it or knows about it!

I just read the article on the 3.8 turbo firebird. anyone know how much Steve Kaminski(sp?) charges for something like that?

That is one bad ass Fourth Gen Formula, huh?
First of all 10's without a girdle or any block support, and stock internals if I read correctly! Secondly, three years or something like that of regular racing without breakage! Damn, I wish ALL of the mods were listed!

PS: That is a HUGE turbo for street driving!

Ya! It makes me wonder! If that car has been together for over three years, why just show it now? I knew so many race (drag) car builders that "built" their cars, got them in magazines, stated that they ran in the 8.90s, when I know for a fact that they never ran!
Anyone ever see this car? Sure would be nice to see more of these swaps in other year cars!

I have seen a white T-top second gen T/A with the TTA engine in it! It had kind of a wacky interior, all grey leather seats with the turbo 6 emblem. The funny thing was, is I think it had all the badges and the door decals from the 89 TTA's! Wish I could remember where on the net I seen it!

There is/was one guy at the maillist who had grey interior on his TTA, he also posted some pics of it.
