Looking To Purchase A Tta In The Next 30 Days

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a TTA in the next 30 days. Below are my criteria, most are flexiable with the exception of T-tops and good paint.

Looking preferably for a Ca. car or Nevada.
Must have T-tops.
Lower mileage 50,000 ish.
Very good overall condition.
Minor mods OK.
This car must pass Ca. emissions test and inspection.
My maximum budget is $15k and just approved today.

What state are you in? Price is in line being it's the end of summer for most. I have one #669 27k but wasn't took care of very well. It's nice don't get me wrong. Has a TA49 and 80's on E-85. It's one you can drive and not worry. I don't think I would let it go for 15k tho.

Car came from AZ. But has the notorious rear main leak that I seen on the floor. Not bad but it does leak like a Harley!

I'm the 5th owner by the car fax. It was never registered until 2002 at 4949 miles and then in 2004 at 9016 miles..the other two in Michigan show Exempt in 2011 and 2015. I think the car sat outside for a entire season here in Michigan. rear of car has been painted for some reason, I've looked inside the Quarter panels and they look good as new. I'm a painter by trade/living so I know a thing or to about painting cars. It's not perfect by no means, but that's why I liked the car. It draws attention where ever I go and I really like the car. I've only had the car for a few months, just been cleaning it mostly. I have new TT chip, 80lb injectors to change over to E-85, I just haven't installed it because I needed to drive the car the past few weeks, my other car took a crap, and I'm busy all the time. I think the car is worth 16K but I think you could find something close to this or even better where you live. Let me know. I have nothing to hide at all.

My plans were to install all the goodies and have the rear main and DW300 pump done this fall and have a kick ass fun ride to drive for years to come. I would paint it also sometime down the line, It's a 7 out of 10.. I would say

Can you send some additional interior & exterior pictures? How many miles are on it total? I need to research E-85 and Ca. emissions. Thanks,

I took these before leaving for work this morning. I will get it outside hopefully tonight when I get home after 6:30 Michigan time. After really thinking about it, I would let it go for 16k as it sits now. It's turn key. Has brand new tires with less then 100 miles on them. If you are real serious we can talk more, otherwise its not a big deal if I sell it or not. I really like the car and with it only being a 27k car I at least like the fact it's still considered a low mileage TTA, still needs a little TLC but for the most part it's a nice car for the money. Thanks
