Valvecovers with polished ribs?

Of course, they look better in person as the flash kills the polish.

Yeah, I saw another TTA with the polished ribs years ago and I thought it looked great as it matched the plenumn. I had planned on polishing a NOS set I bought and then Jet Hot coating them but never got around to it.

This set was powdercoated then sanded the powdercoat off and polished.

looks good...i actually did something like that a few months ago to my iroc it was really simple and it came out awesome...i just sanded the tpi plenum cover with 400 grit paper then went over it with 1500 and finally just polished it with mothers aluminum polish i liked the way it looked so much i went ahead and did the valve covers also...this was deff a cheap and inexpensive way to go bout it..but yours looks great too

I like it. a friend of mine did the opposite on his GN. he hand polished the entire valve covers/upper plenum and painted the ribs black.

Spot on, I did that to my upper plenum ... media blasted then painted and oven baked then sanded and polished the ribs and clearcoated the lot ...
