LI POCI & Cadillac, LaSalle, Buick Show Pics

Took the green car out for a ride today and caught up with the Long Island Chapter POCI show that was combined with some other Long Island clubs such as the GTO club, Cadillac-Lasalle club, and the Buick club. The skies looked bad but some nice cars including a TTA came out and it ended up nice and sunny.

And my green car, I was amazed at the amount of attention this car got today. Even my wife commented on how the TTA's dont get as much - and she commented on how she likes it better too, maybe I'll have to pick up a 30th after all

That was a really beautiful 68 Ram Air I car, unfortunatly I dont know if it won anything because we didnt stay for the trophies. As I was leaving another TTA drove by in the other direction, maybe heading to the show??? I dunno but it looked clean without decals. All in all a great turnout on what started as a not so great day.

I need to renew my P.O.C.I. membership again, I miss those type shows.
I agree with you, get a 30th TA!
Funny you say that about your green TA, just the other night, since we had abit or rain, we decided to take out our '59 Chevy Apache pickup truck to the local gatherning.
It was the highlight of the gatherning that night!
Most people didn't even know I owned a truck, they just see me in the TTA or the Lincoln.
Too funny!

Very nice pics. The 30th is an awesome car as well there are 6 or 7 the show up to shows in this area. I'd like to get a photo with my 20th, 25th, and a 30th.

It was at the Sears Auto Center in Hicksville by the Broadway Mall

That would be a nice picture, maybe this year at the Nats they can get one of each together for a pic scince it's an anniversary year and they have anniversary classes
