Hatch back won't latch!

Yesterday the power hatch latch worked good, today I can't get it to latch. What is the procedure for getting it to latch? Thanks

Mine was doing somthing similar also, with the latch all the way up, (has to be up all the way) gentle push down on the hatch, (not the spoiler) you will feel it getting pulled down till it stops.
