Hard Pedal brake problem

Help, Brakes don,t work well unless good and hot,when you firsy start out they exhibit a really hard pedal,dangerous, but get better once you hit hard over the next 5 minutes of driving. Put new rotors on front and performance pads, didn,t help much.Does any one else have this problem ? Please help.

Sounds Like a vaccum problem.
Or maybe a Bad or slowly going Brake Booster.

Check your vacuum hose off the vacuum pump, you may have a split hose or something! Mine keeps blowing off and I loose power brake all the time, hopefully the metal hose clamp has fixed this problem!
