gauge fuse keeps popping

I keep popping my gauge fuse. Shop said it was torque converter clutch solenoid and unplugged same at the transmission. All good for a few weeks. Popped 2 more fuses today. Car has alky which I didn't install but apparently runs off the same fuse? Also rebuilt driver side headlight motor earlier this summer. Any thoughts as to where to look?

Sounds like an open short, start with the last thing that was installed before the fuses started popping.

Use a multi-meter to check continuity and then visually inspect the wires for breaks or grounding against metal.
