Engine turns over, wont start and I cant hear the fuel pump running

I installed a Walpro and hotwire kit two years ago. Car isnt used much.
Got into it today, turns over but wont start. I turned the key to the on position and cant hear the fuel pump running.

Before I decide that its the fuel pump gone bad. Can anyone tell me what else to look for as to why its not running
Such as fuses and where would the fuses be located.
I did check the fuse for the hot wire kit and its ok.

Also, when I turn the key to the on position, I hear what sounds like a click noise somewhere below the MAF.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ALSO, is it possible the hot wire kit goes bad and would cause the pump not to run ?

Your fuel pump will on run for 1.5-2 seconds on "key up" unless the ECM sees a reference pulse that the engine is cranking over. The fuel pump relay is located on the left side of firewall, to the left of the brake booster. It's the one that sits out the furthest on the bracket.

You probably need to put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail to decide if the pump is working, and that you have pressure on the rail before you go further.

And don't rule out a VATS problem either. The ECM will not enable the fuel pump relay if it detects what it perceives as the wrong key being used.

The clicking under the MAF may be the Evap solenoid on top of the cannister.

Problem is that I dont hear the pump come on anymore. I turned the key to the on position and the I dont hear the pump priming like it use to.
