does anyone have performance headers?

is the only way to get stainless steel headers/performance headers is to get them custom made? Can you just get grand national headers and then tweak them to fit in our cars????

stock exhaust headers are good up to 10.5 @ 130 mph. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck in performance modification do something else. Maybe get an exhaust dump or something.

Remember the GN have totally different heads making the complete package much wider compared to the TTAs setup.

Even if the same company made the heads for the TTA using the GN's original fixtures to keep cost down (there were no budget for new tooling and fixtures to make them) the headers are very different.

Picture below of TA Performance Stock replacement headers for the GN and my TTA OEM headers.

Also the TTA headers (at least the driver side one) flows much better compared to the GN one ... and the issues they had with the GN headers cracking they tried to solve for the TTA headers mostly by upgrading the material quality used (however they still crack but not as bad as the GN ones I guess).
