Anyone got a copy of Smoke Signals July 1989 ?

In our quest to find old magazines with TTA coverage I'm not sure but I think the Smoke Signals magazine from July 1989 have a TTA on the cover and possibly an article inside.

Anyone happen to have a copy of it and could share (scan)?

I saw that one as well however not parting with $50 + shipping for the lot to only find out the cover picture is all there is DontKnow:

here it is, i dug it out over the weekend. the best i can do for the time being is take a photo of the article. i think the author who wrote it ultimately had a TTA at one time IIRC....
