Well first off there is no such thing as a "stupid" question here on TTA.com! We are all in one big family here so any and all questions are welcome. Always ask away and don't ever think any question is stupid.
Ok now that's out of the way let me answer your stupid question.... lol j/k
There are 2 bitch of a bolts to get off from the MAF bracket. I actually take out my washer tank or unbolt it and move it to the side to make access a little nicer for a guy with big fat fingers like me. Then you'll want to take off that 90 degree rubber angle. You can remove the clamps holding it on. Once that 90 degree rubber angle is off there is a nut inside there that when loosen will allow you to remove the air cleaner for inspection and cleaning. It's such a bitch I just tossed a K&N filter in there and called it a day. It's one of those places on these cars you don't care to visit too often if you don't have to! Let us know how you make out!
