Cant help you with adjustments (guys??) but I can tell you what the abbrev mean. sp is spark advance, and pu (is it pl?) is injector pulsewidth. This thread on turbo buick was really helpful to me explaining all the codes and ranges.

the scanmaster comes with inst that explains everthing, but anyhow start by fixing the vac leaks, because that will throw all the readings off

My scanmaster was in the car when I bought it-I did not get an instruction book or anything. I found that thread as I had no idea what any of those abbrev were or what they meant. The only thing PO told me was if you see any reading above 0.0 on knock retard to back off throttle. Wise advice I guess!

i will see about sending you a copy, it will explain alot

So your ECM is pulling fuel you are running rich at idle. It'd be interesting to see a log with the PL to see the blms at wot. Mayyyybe you have a stuck open injector or fuel pressure regulator is out of wack. I'm sure the tuner guys can help you more. I know razor listed the causes of low blms somewhere on turbobuick, I think maf sensor could have been possible cause, maybe try swapping it with the one from the other car. Also I think 5 would be a better reading for iac rather than one. Maybe that would help?? Good luck!!

AF/ 47-53--ISSUE!!!....That's the MAF and it should read 5 to 7
INT/ 116
BL / 105
clt/ 169
ats/ 123
r/ 750-900
tps/ .42
iac/ 1

So the highlighted text is where I think you have a problem. At let's say 825 RPM's you should only see 5,6 or 7 gps. It's seeing airflow(gps) that one would see at a much higher RPM. It appears that the ECM is trying to respond to the MAF and the O2s. Simply swapping out the MAF's may not show up as a fix till the ECM re-learns with 10 miles of start and stop driving.
That or you need to pull the (+) batt cable and dump all of the ECM's temp memory.

Even at 105 the integrator seems to be content at cell 116.
