I Want To Removed Her Valve

I heard from many other fans removing the EGR valve have some benefits. I just want to know what I do with the hose after remove the valve??. Do I have to removed the solenoid as well ??(little black box )next to the EGR.

I just pulled the vacuum hose off the EGR and plugged the hose with a screw, 27 years ago!

what chip do you use?? I did removed and plug it off. the car run for a few seconds and shut off. any suggestions

I have no idea why your car would shut off. Did you do anything besides pull off and cap the vacuum hose to the EGR? You mentioned in your first post you removed the valve - what do you mean by that?

No I just removed the valve and the hose that goes to it. I might have to use a different chip ?

How did you plug it ?

Yo Robert ¡¡¡ I use a Bolt . I Didn't use silicone for the gasket . That might be a cause.

Should look something like the pic, you can buy a plate or make one and flip the old mounting bracket over and tighten, not the prettiest but it works...
