How to identify previous modifications or add in’s?

I bought this 1989 tta and have done absolutely nothing to it. With that said while looking at my engine I happen to flip over the white tag on the alternator wire which as you can see in the picture says race Tronics which on that tag it states something such as electrical bypass circuit bypass or something does that mean that that’s the hot wire kit?
Also how do I tell if chip has been changed, fuel pump, turbo? Thanks

It looks like you still have the PCV hose to the intake hooked up. This will fill your intercooler with oil, and will eventually cause the intake hose to the throttle body to come off under boost. Most of us remove the hose, cap off the intake port, and install a filter in the PCV hole.
