T/A nationals time

I'll be in St. Pete that week and will be driving home on the 30th right past Dayton on the highway ... if I can convince my family to leave about 4 hours or so earlier I'm stopping in!

No, but I am planing on 2010. I see they have three Anniv. classes. Who ever makes the show please take photos.

I'm planning on attending with my wife, daughter, and Turbo Trans Am #124 (which was also my 2009 Power Tour ride :) ) We're planning on rolling in Friday and heading back Monday morning, only catch is the wife said she didnt want to drive in a T/A for that much time with our 3.5 year old so I'll be towing. For anyone going this will be me - but replace the green car with a white one :) http://www.fquick.com/images/vehicles/full/30127276153.jpg

OK Steve,
Make sure you take plenty of photos!
And say "Hi" to TADan for me. ;)
That ought to get him! :)
Have fun!

Planning on being there with #156. If the weather is good I should arrive Saturday afternoon. I'll be staying at the Marriott (where the show is). Look forward to seeing you guys!!

I'll be there too...........but I'm a lame a** because I'm leaving both TA's at home. Just driving down for the day on Saturday and then heading back home. Have to attend an "invitational" antique boat show on Sunday......Have I mentioned how short summers are???:teehee:

Got back alittle while ago. 5 TTA's. Nice talking with TTA850, Throbber and a gentleman from Illinois. Pic 2 and 3 are from the Tipp city cruise in which was a few miles from the show.

Nice pics thanks for sharing! I was going to go but the weather was so bad here and I wasn't sure how it was out there. Any TTA's win anything? How many cars were in that class?

They were broke down into anniversary classes. 5 TTA's and 1 15th Anniv car were in the same class and the 25th and 30th were in the same class. I almost didn't take mine. A lot of rain in the morning friday and then it started to clear alittle but then by the time we got to Columbus we hit several downpours.

Wow! Tip City was awesome this year. Steve it was good to meet you and every one else! Here are a few pics. Our Pontiac group at our Hosts house, 1077 & the G8 at Summit, next one needs no explanation, just Hot! and the Kevin Morgan Designs concept T/A

Nice pictures!
Thanks for sharing.
I have heard on other websites, the MSE is a clone.
I sure don't like it with those wheels.
Post up more, if you got them! ;)

It was worth the trip. The first comment I heard as I pulled into the hotel parking lot was "there's the greatest Trans Am ever made" and the guy gave me a thumbs up.

I'm certainly looking forward to next year with mine. Hopefully it won't be broken down or anything!! lol

Wow, just got back and had a great time. It was great meeting you guys and getting a chance to put a face to some of the names. Tony it was nice meeting Pontiac guys like you and Gene and hearing the stories. Buckeyetroop I hope your problems didnt act up going home and that you get it figured out soon. Silvio, didnt have much time to talk but enjoyed meeting you, beautiful 20th you have there and congrats on taking 2nd place. To everyone else I talked to I had a great time and saw some familiar faces, alot of new faces, and some I havent seen in years like Ed who I purchased #884 from. It was great to catch up and hopefully one day I can bring the hardtop out there :)

And Tipp City was absolutely awsome, seeing all those birds cruise in together - over 350 of them - was incredible. The Trans Am Nationals is worth it just for the cruise in.

I'm gonna go through my pics and post up some later but here are a couple:

Yes it was :) I was parked next to him in the show. He has quite a few stories and a very nice collection of Pontiacs as I'm sure you know, but it was nice to meet an original owner who has been (and still is) having fun with the car from the begining.
